The Hangar Z Podcast interviews YHL’s Sean Rickards and AEM’s Tony Weller on updates to the fleet radio communications & safety
Last year’s short city helicopter tours raising funds for the Terrace Legion branch 13 were a huge hit with 100+ tickets sold. We loaded up one of our AStar AS350B2 with 5 people in each 12 minute flight.
We’re back again in 2024 to raise money for the Legion’s operational funds. Yellowhead Helicopters is proud to support our local legions, the veterans and the community groups they support.
This year, Sunday June 2nd in Terrace, we’ll be flying in the smaller Bell 206 with room for 3-4 people and not quite as many tickets. This is an excellent chance to check off that helicopter flight from your bucket list. Or give it as a birthday gift or father’s day gift. Tickets are $80 per person, and are sold only at the Terrace Legion. Stop in or give them a call!
If you’re from the Mackenzie area, we’ll be flying our fundraiser for the Mackenzie Legion branch 273 on June 16th this year. Again a 12-minute helitour in a Bell 206 with room for a max 4 people per flight, $80 per person.
You can keep up with our fundraising news on our Facebook pages.
