More BK117 helicopters added to the fleet
YHL is expanding its fleet again with two additional BK117 B2 helicopters.
The first two BK117s purchased in the Spring were brought into operation by August 2022.
We are thrilled to announce that Karen Armstrong has joined our team as the new Manager of Sales & Contract Administration at Yellowhead Helicopters.
With an impressive background in aviation and logistics, Karen brings with her a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives that will undoubtedly contribute to our continued success.
Karen has previously worked in sales & development roles at Airborne Energy Solutions, and Great Slave Helicopters. She has also held the position with Canadian Helicopters Limited as Manager of Marketing and Community Relations. And more recently held the position of Director of Sales with Polaris Materials Corporation. Her expertise and passion for the industry make her a perfect fit for our team.

At the same time, we bid a fond farewell to Corey Taylor leaving his position as Manager of Business Development to take on his next adventure at Mustang Helicopters. Corey has been an integral part of our team. While we will miss his leadership and dedication, we wish him all the best!
